Most of our clients are major chain stores, so our staff is used to operating after hours, as well as around customers. We take care of hundreds of work orders each month, in stores all over North and South Carolina, thanks to our organization and professional employees. Generally, as our client, we want you to have as much information as possible, regarding the status of your work orders. You will be set up in our dispatch system, which will allow us to complete any work orders your store managers send us. These orders will normally fall under one of the items in our list of jobs. These are things like “tile repair, or bio-hazard cleaning” and you will be billed appropriately upon completion. Each work order will be set with a priority from P3-P1, with priority orders being emergency jobs that we dispatch one of our technicians to as quickly as possible. If there is a problem with any of the work orders we complete, we will come back and fix it at no cost to you, as part of the warranty we provide on every job.
